The funny thing is that if you want to learn how to make money with affiliate marketing, all the information is out there, and free. It's a crazy time to be alive when you can just hop on the internet and learn how to build a six figure business completely for free.
And that's pretty much what I've got going on here. These tutorials will teach you how to build a profitable affiliate website. I've been doing this for almost a decade now, so I know what I'm talking about.
Wait now. Don't get too excited yet. Nothing is ever straightforward when it comes to building a business.
As much as people want to sell products with a formula that works "every time", in reality, whatever they're selling usually worked one or two times, and they just slapped a cool name on an info-product.
If you really want to make money in affiliate marketing, I'll be straight up with you. #nofilter. You are going to have to follow these tutorials, then tweak your process as your website and knowledge bank grows.
Everything you need is here though. It's my own process for making six-figure websites. It's worked three times now, which is a lot for one person. How many people do you know that could create three six-figure businesses?
All the stuff I do to generate six-figures online is below in these hand-crafted lessons. How long does it take? It took me about 18 months to go from complete n00b to $10,000/month.
If you grind a couple hours a day for about 1-2 years, earning $100,000 per year online isn't an unreasonable expectation.
I've taken ten years of experience, including countless failures and a couple big successes, and distilled them into just a few lessons below.
Do I have any "big" secrets? Not really. However, I do things a bit differently from most of the gurus out there.
Remember those 'countless' failures I mentioned above? A lot of them were due to following garbage advice from people who didn't actually do what they were teaching. Part of the reason I had to build THREE $10k/month website is because two were destroyed in a dumpster fire from following stupid advice.
These days, I guess I'm kind of a "guru" myself now, but I only ever teach what works consistently, not what worked one time.
A lot of what I learned comes from the Wealthy Affiliate community. That's where I learned how to do affiliate marketing as a newbie back in 2010, and I still highly recommend them for anyone who's serious about building an affiliate business (I'm still an active member).
Their training is awesome - way better than anything else I've tried. The main reason you should join is that there's lots of help available. It's a community of likeminded people trying to build their business, and everyone helps each other out.
The owners, myself, and many other affiliate experts publish exclusive content to the platform, and hang out daily to help you with your business.
The cost is $49/month, which includes WordPress optimized hosting. It's a pretty insane deal considering if you join through my link, I'll personally answer your questions while you go through the training. I earn 50% commission if you use my link, so you're basically paying me (a six-figure affiliate) $25/month for a mentorship.
Live chat, private messages, and topic-based forums with experts and peers willing to help you build and affiliate business is what they're offering. It got me to where I am today, and they can help you too. You can read my full review of their service to learn more.
Not ready to sign up? No problem. I've combined their knowledge with my own experiences, and created a full-on affiliate training course here on One More Cup of Coffee. Of course, it won't come with the 1-on-1 help you get inside Wealthy Affiliate, but it's a great start for anyone who wants to dip their toes into the world of affiliate marketing.
Learn Affiliate Marketing
Before you get started with these lessons, I recommend checking out the affiliate marketing FAQ. Is it a lot of reading? Sure. But if you want to change your life by making money online, you're going to have to change how you look at "work". Work should no longer be a chore. You should look forward to the grind because it's an investment in yourself.
People talk about not wanting to work for a boss, but well, OK. Now you're the boss. Put in the time if you want to see results. Working for yourself is not a type of job where you can just clock out at 5 and stop thinking about it.
There's a lot of "front loading" work when you start a business, i.e. you put in work now with out seeing results, then you can relax later and reap the benefits of your previous efforts. In other words, you may work for 3 months now without seeing any money at all! A year or two down the line, you can go on a 2-month vacation and make money while your website generates income.
Long story short, transition your thought process. "Work" should now be "investing time". The more you invest, the more benefits (AKA money) you gain.
