Top 10 Pregnancy Affiliate Programs To Bump New Life Into Affiliate Portfolios

This photo shows a smiling dark-haired woman wearing all white, lying on a white bed in a white room, with both her arms wrapped around her very pregnant belly, representing the best pregnancy affiliate programs.

The best pregnancy affiliate programs range from prenatal health and learning systems to maternity clothes and childbirth classes.

One of my close friends had about five miscarriages before she was able to carry a baby to term. Another had five children while dealing with depression, and she experienced severe morning sickness for all nine months of her pregnancies.

Pregnancy can be different for every woman, and it comes with unique challenges. For some people, getting pregnant is a challenge in itself. Once a baby is growing in the womb, difficulties shift to issues like finding comfortable clothing, eating right when nothing sounds good and trying to come up with a birthing plan.

Affiliate marketers can make things easier by connecting expectant mothers with companies that can make their pregnancies more comfortable. This list of the top 10 pregnancy affiliate programs is a good place to start. As you read through it, think about ways you might be able to use these programs in your niche market efforts. And once the baby is born, life doesn't stop there, so neither should your affiliate promotions. Here's a list of new mom affiliate programs to consider as well.

The website includes helpful tips for raising families, packing hospital bags, and successful breastfeeding.

Affiliates earn commissions from sales of the Breastfeeding Handbook and the Nesting Planner. Why You Should Promote Mom Smart Not Hard: The 50% commission rate is great, and the ability to choose different versions of the Nesting Planner could bump up the shopping cart total.

2. BabyPlus

This screenshot of the home page for BabyPlus has a white navigation bar, a blue and green logo, a purple advertisment for the eco-friendly box design of the BabyPlus technology, a blue information section in the lower left corner, and a photo of a smiling dark haired woman in a blue shirt wearing the device on her pregnant belly as she reads what appears to be an instructional manual.

BabyPlus is a prenatal learning system that won the Mom’s Choice Award, Honoring Excellence in 2014.

  • URL: https://babyplus.com/affiliate-area-applynow/
  • Commission:10-20%
  • Cookie: Lifetime

BabyPlus is a prenatal learning system that won the Mom’s Choice Award, Honoring Excellence in 2014. The company has been featured in Pregnancy And Newborn Magazine and Cloud Mom.

The system provides auditory stimulation for babies in the womb by allowing babies to compare different patterns of sounds to the maternal heartbeat. Expectant mothers can begin wearing the device for an hour a day between weeks 18-32 of pregnancy to help develop the learning skills of their growing baby.

The education system costs around $200, and a carrying pouch is available for around $15. The company plans to release more products that affiliates can sell, as well.

The affiliate program is run through AvantLink. All of the promotional materials are ready for affiliates to use, but affiliates can also request customized marketing materials.

Why You Should Promote BabyPlus: The lifetime cookie and high order value are hard to beat, and the technology is backed up scientifically, which could help convert some shoppers.

Motherhood Closet is a maternity consignment store offering gently-used designer maternity clothing at up to 90% off the original retail value. The company sells high-end brands of clothing, including Rosie Pope, A Pea In The Pod Collection, Seraphine, Ella Moss, Citizens Of Humanity, and more.

Customers can shop by style, size, or designer brands, and there’s a special section for career clothing. Grab bags and baby gifts are also available, and there’s an option to borrow pieces of clothing as well as buy them. New mothers can consign their own pre-worn maternity clothing here, as well.

Affiliate marketers are provided with marketing materials, including exclusive offers, gift card contest giveaways, and customized solutions.

Why You Should Promote Motherhood Closet: The ability to get designer brands, save money, and cut back on consumer waste at the same time could attract a variety of shoppers. It’s a little disappointing to see a cap on the amount of commission you can make per sale, but 10% is still a decent commission rate.

4. Fairhaven Health

This screenshot of the home page for Fairhaven Health has a green free shipping and contact bar, a white navigation bar, a blue customer service bar, and a main section with a white background and a photo of a father in jeans, a mother in a light blue and white polka dotted skirt, and a toddler girl with blonde hair and a white sundress walking together on a sandy beach next to the water.

The fertility products include items like basal thermometers, organic teas, fertility yoga DVDs, supplements, and ovulation tests. Pregnancy products range from skin creams for expanding abdomens to morning sickness supplements and prenatal yoga videos.

The base commission rate is 20% for most products, but the commission rate for the OvaCue Fertility Monitor is 10%.

Why You Should Promote Fairhaven Health: The focus on fertility could attract some shoppers, and there’s a nice selection of products to choose from. The commission rate is generous, too.

Why You Should Promote Fit And Healthy Pregnancy: Although the commission rate isn’t known, this company could fit well with some health and wellness niche market strategies. The focus on staying fit through proper nutrition could be a converting factor for some shoppers, as well.

6. Seraphine

This screenshot of the home page for Seraphine has a lavendar discount header, a dark purple navigation bar with white text, and a photo of a smiling brown haired woman in a white and black striped sweater near a Christmas tree decorated in silver and red, along with text that reads

Seraphine is a maternity clothing designer brand.

  • URL: https://www.seraphine.com/en-us/affiliate-program/

The affiliate program currently operates only in the U.S.A.

Why You Should Promote Seraphine: Because it’s a designer brand, the relatively high product prices could mean higher shopping cart totals. However, the commission rate isn’t listed, so it’s difficult to get a feel for how much you could actually make with this company.

7. Everyday Family

This screenshot of the home page of Everyday Family has a light blue header with a green and blue logo, a red navigation bar with white text, a secondary white navigation bar, a photo of a baby's foot with a pink hospital band on it, a pink text box and a green text box with a photo of a smiling woman in white, along with text describing week-by-week tracking of a baby's development.

Membership to Everyday Family is free, which makes it risk-free for customers. Affiliates get paid for every customer that opens a free membership.

Why You Should Promote Everyday Family: The free sign-up could convert some shoppers, and it’s nice for affiliate marketers to be paid even for free memberships. However, since the commission isn’t listed, it’s impossible to know right away how much you could make as an affiliate marketer with Everyday Family.

8. Figure 8

This screenshot of the home page for Figure 8 has a white sales header, a white and brown decorative awning with a logo above a white and gray navigation bar, a photo of a smiling dark-haired mother with twin babies in matching gray and white outfits, and two photos of smiling women wearing black shapewear clothing.

One nice thing about this company is that it carries a selection of organic clothing, and it offers suggestions for comfortable clothing for women who have had C-sections. Figure 8 also carries new mom essentials like diaper bags and strollers as well as items like nursing pads.

Why You Should Promote Figure 8: The organic clothing option and the variety of clothing types could convert some shoppers. The commission rate is decent, too.

9. Giving Birth Naturally

The courses are arranged so that customers can move through the modules in 7 weeks or 12 weeks, or they can pace themselves. There’s also a print version available. The curriculum comes with quizzes, sample birth plans, birthing journals, relaxation audio tracks, and even meal tracking forms. The classes are currently priced at $50 for the entire program.

Besides clothing, Thyme Maternity sells a mobile app called Bumpfie that allows pregnant women to track pregnancy moments from week to week. Other products include baby items like diaper bags and blankets, hospital bags, specialty pillows, nursing kits, and skincare.

Why You Should Promote Thyme Maternity: The app is a nice feature. However, the cookie length is only one day. The commission rate isn’t listed, either, so it’s difficult to tell how much you could make through affiliate sales with this company.

Affiliate Website Ideas

Now that you’ve read through this list of the top 10 pregnancy affiliate programs, can you think of some ways to apply them in your niche affiliate website? I have a few ideas of my own. I’ll share them with you here. Feel free to use them as springboards for your own ideas.

First of all, a website for skin care could be a great place to start. Organic cleansers and moisturizers could be featured here, as well as essential oils and microfiber face cloths. You could also promote pregnancy affiliate programs that include cocoa butter lotions for stretch marks and other pregnancy-related skin issues.

Another idea is a website that focuses on fitness for busy moms. Pregnancy workout clothes and prenatal yoga DVDs and could be featured on a website like this one. You could also promote workout subscription websites, supplements, home gyms, sneakers, and health-related nutrition websites like PlateJoy.

One more idea is a website that targets all-natural lifestyles. A website like this one could feature natural childbirth classes, acupressure videos and books, and hypnotherapy for pain management during the birthing process. You could also feature organic clothing, cleansers, and foods on this type of website, as well as gardening tools, aquaponics kits, and aromatherapy products.
