Wake Up Now has long since died out. Want to actually make money online and not have a company disappear? My top recommendation has been around for more than a decade.

Are You Ready To Work Your Ass Off to Earn Your Lifestyle?
Are you tired of the daily grind? With a laptop and an internet connection I built a small website to generate income, and my life completely changed. Let me show you exactly how I’ve been doing it for more than 13 years.
What Is Wake Up Now?
Pay a monthly subscription fee to get discounts on various products/services. Sell subscriptions to your friends in an MLM/Pyramid scheme fashion. One guy gets rich by selling subscriptions, so everyone then goes subscriptions instead of actually using the discounts for anything.
Short Review
In case you didn’t know network marketing is very similar to a pyramid scheme. The products and services featured in Wake Up Now can be found at OTHER companies that provide better service, higher quality products, and are not associated with sketchy business “opportunities”.
Remember: It’s very likely that you’ll be scamming friends and family with this stuff, so think long and hard if you would let someone close to you join something like this.
Why You Shouldn’t Pay Money Into This Garbage
No doubt the person trying to get you in on this opportunity told you two basic things.
You can make a bunch of money doing this
Wake Up Now has a great line of products.
Let’s address these two points.
1. There is a very high probability that you will make almost nothing. In fact, less than 1% of people selling this product make more than $8 grand per year.

2) Anything you can buy through WUN can be bought somewhere else, for cheaper, or with more value.
Why on Earth would I have WUN be my travel agent when I could use Expedia or Priceline, two companies that do this professionally, and are multi-billion dollar companies with the infrastructure to provide better deals and better support?
Would you trust Norton, McAfee, or a sales pitch called “Wake Up Now” to protect your computer from viruses and identity theft? I think the choice is obvious.
And there’s really not reason at all why I would choose to order some expensive energy drinks from this company when I can buy a Monster at the gas station for $1.50, or a Red Bull, or a Rock Star, or Amp, or the million other types of drinks out there.
The only reason do to any of these things would be if you were paying a monthly subscription
Is There Anything Positive To Say?
As much as I knock their product line, I think they do a lot better job than these other companies that restrict their products to “digital downloads”. This is NOT an endorsement of this company, I just try to find something positive in every product/system I review.
Let’s Dig Into This Hot Garbage
The number one issue with this type of company is that paying a subscription to save money is ridiculous. I do not see the value in spending an extra $100 per month so that I can save money on energy drinks and vacations.
People get involved in “biz ops” like this because they want to make money. They want to change their lives for the better, provide themselves with more income, or achieve financial independence.
But how can you do this when you are paying a monthly fee in order to save money on items that you normally wouldn’t buy?
This is not making money. It’s just consumerism
Another issue I have with this company and network marketing in general is that this will NOT be a strong foundation for your future. Most people spend a lot of time hopping from one company to the next, each time buying into the “revolutionary system”, the “game changing product”, and the chance to “get in on the ground floor” before things really get hot…
But I’ve heard these stories so many times, and just a few years later, no one is talking about them.
Because no one wants to buy this junk. In my opinion, getting ANYONE into something like this means you are scamming them. I would not advise anyone to join anything that I would not join myself.
THIS is what Wake Up Now wants you to think you will be
But in reality, THIS is what you will be
Most of your work will be cold calling friends and family, telling them how great these deals are, how fantastic the product line is, and how much money they can make. Does this sound like you dream job to you? Not me.

UPDATE
Trouble on the horizon: WUN leader steps down. The same thing happened to Empower Network when one of their CEOs “became ill” and took off. Sounds like Vemma is in trouble, getting sued for pyramid selling.
Still don’t believe me? Listen to the reputable radio cast from NPR. If you can’t dedicate an hour to listen to this, you probably shouldn’t be spending your money on this thing:
UPDATE
WUN has officially stopped network marketing operations, and top sellers are jumping ship. People are getting sued. All hell is breaking loose. #toldyouso

What Now?
I know you want to make money online, and I can teach you how to do it (the way I do it). But we need to get a few things straight:

I don’t know I’m the only person that realizes this, but a lot of people from WUN are against jobs, like having a job is a bad thing. And they like to compare jobs to slavery. And when I ask them how WUN not a pyramid scheme, they never give me a straight answer, they ALWAYS say, “well, your job is a pyramid scheme”, and they always post pictures on facebook of a job pyramid, but it’s not telling why WUN not a pyramid scheme.
In a job, they MAKE you money, they don’t TAKE you money like wake up now. It’s no different from Amway, Mary Kay, Herbalife, and Vemma. I rather have a job that pays me $600 a week than being a so-called WUN business owner that only pay little to no money at all.

I am completely unbiased and am not affiliated with this company in any way shape or form. I’ve been doing a lot of research on Wake Up Now… especially on their CEO. It seems to me that the company was founded on the idea of legitimately being able to help people and has a good moral compass.
Just browsing through the comments here I’ve noticed a lot of untrue statements about the company. There are legitimate products and services offered through the hub. Meaning this by definition is not a pyramid scheme. However, it is a MLM network marketing company… but many companies are set up this way. The guys at the top of the food – chain are always going to make more while the little guy gets screwed.
Also, I just wanted to note that wake up now wouldn’t be the people taking care of your taxes they just give you a discount on an app called Tax Bot. Which is an extremely legitimate application designed by a former IRS attorney. Even if you believe wake up now to be nothing more than a scam I stand by Tax Bot… it is actually extremely useful.

Tax bot does not do your taxes. It tracks your tax expenses. And if you think driving to the store can be written off as a tax expense then you have not done your homework. How many people do you think own a car that’s ONLY used for business purposes? It means taxbot will be useless for 99% of people that are in WUN and do not own small businesses or understand how to make business deductions in a proper way.
It just doesn’t make sense to pay in order to get discounts.
A company founded on helping others? Then why are they using fake emails to prove legitimacy with the FTC and why did they change their name from Wordcraft Systems? Why is it required to recruit people in order to get the discounts? Complicated compensation structures are designed to confuse people. If they wanted to be a direct selling company they should have sold memberships to a discount club and been done with it. Being an MLM makes this company a worthless scam in my eyes.

You say your unbiased, but all I read was a biased paragraph of how great WUN is

It’s unbelievable how far people will go trying to get you to join this. I have close friends, acquaintances, and people who I’ve rarely ever spoken to contacting me like a bunch of fools. “Hey bro I have this business opportunity. Live the life you want to live, retire young, wah wah”. It’s disappointing. The golden part is that these people also tried drooping me into joining vemma last year. Why is genuine work being avoided? All these silly schemes are eating away at everyone and soon no one is going to work for themselves. They’ll just sit there and try to take the easy way. Also, once you say anything negative about wake up now, the members swarm you with insults and remind you how poor you are because they assume they’ll actually get money doing it. They sound like a weird hybrid of jay z and Warren Buffett. When this goes under I will be the first one to say I told you so.

Lalol.. They got me.. BUT, I did my research and stopped from letting this get out of hand…True I did sign up but I didn’t pay anything… And I can get my 3 people to get there own 3 but when I called WUN the story is different. they advertise that you will make 600 a month for the life of the company. but if any of the people quit it take away your monthly income. Also you have to have your pyramid set up before the end of the month or you won’t get paid on the 15th…People are making money with this one, ( I have a friend who signed up her whole family, over 100 people so she is gonna get 5,500 next month.) but someone is getting the short end of the stick… But its ok, I still got IR. they do pay and people do get something when they sign up..
Nathaniell
True, someone gets paid and someone gets the short end of the stick. It’s funny how much hate Wall Street and corporate CEOs get, then WUN comes around and people think it’s awesome. The sad truth is that the rich people are at the top, and you have to stomp on your friends and family to earn an income. Thanks for the comment.
