What is it?
Traffic Tree Monetizer is a 20-page PDF that discusses using TSU to make money. Oddly, it doesn't go into much detail about actually driving traffic to a website.
Honestly, I can't say that I've ever seen a bigger ripoff than Traffic Tree Monetizer. I don't even know what that name has to do with the product. And I use the word product loosely here. It's nothing more than a long blog post advocating the use of TSU. It's a complete waste of time and money. If I was James Renouf, I would never show my face online again.
Before You Buy
I can save you the trouble of learning about the “strategy” James talks about in his course. Just check out my review of the TSU platform here.
TSU is touted as a “social network” for users who are tired of the big guys (FaceBook, Twitter, etc) getting all the money. TSU pays its member a percentage of the ad revenue they collect depending on a number of factors including views, followers and content.
This is James' traffic source. His entire traffic strategy.
So there you go, I just saved you nine bucks. Now you don't have to buy Traffic Tree Monetizer. I just summed up the entire product in one paragraph. If he reads this review and complains that I exposed his secret, that's what you get for putting out junk like this.
*Note: Renouf produces an insane amount or products over at the Warrior Forum.
What I Liked
….Well, I was pretty happy when it was over. I read through 20 pages that went in into vague details about why James loves TSU. It should've been more like 10, if not for the font being so big. So I guess that's one thing I liked…the font
The font size James used in this PDF was very large considered to other PDFs. So if I had to pick something I liked about Traffic Tree Monetizer, that would be it…the font size. (sigh)
What I didn't Like
Traffic Tree Monetizer is, by far, the worst product I've ever bought. And that's saying a lot, considering how many products I review.
The entire PDF reads like a blog post from some kind of TSU fanboy or something. James seems to really enjoy the idea of the platform, and that's fine. But packaging that joy and trying to sell it as a traffic strategy is not okay.
I've made my opinion of TSU known. It's basically a website that the members of, like to call a “social media platform”. But it's not. It's designed similar to FaceBook, with a newsfeed and friends.
The difference is, TSU pays its members for the content they create on the site. How much?
Wow. A thousand bucks a year. That's less than $20 per week, and that doesn't say how much work you need to do to get that amount of money. Having 2000 friends doesn't simply print cash from your laptop. You still have to work for it.
No Traffic Strategies are Discussed
The biggest problem I had with this product, is that no actual traffic strategies are ever mentioned. James never gives you any advice about how to use TSU strategically to funnel traffic back to your own platform. He never suggests, even the simplest methods.
In a product called Traffic Tree Monetizer you'd expect, at least a little traffic-talk.
Another important point that I want to mention, is the level of engagement you can expect from a traffic source like TSU. James' opening line in Traffic Tree PDF is all about interacting with traffic.
It's important that you understand not all web traffic is good traffic. The traffic you get needs to be relevant and engaged. Traffic you get from TSU is not going to be neither of those, so you results are going to be minimal.
They are only going to give you as much attention as they have to to get paid from TSU.
Even James says the only reason TSU traffic interacts is because they're getting paid. Any traffic you get, needs to engage with you because they like what you do, not because they're getting paid to do so.
The lack of support here doesn't surprise me. As with any course offered via PDF, you're left on your own. This is problem with lots of courses and it's one of the most important things.
No matter what you do online, you're going to need help at some point. If you buy a training product from someone, that product should come with support. Traffic Tree Monetizer — and so many others — just don't offer that.
Total waste of my time to review this product.
