This is a website that I came across as I was researching new ways to earn money online. At first, I was quite impressed with it—though I did come across a few issues as well. But can you really make money with SurveyFreedom.com, or is this just another thin survey website looking to get surveys […]
Online Survey Reviews (Do They Actually Make Money?)
I'm biased - I hate online surveys. After reviewing hundreds of them, there's plenty of reasons to hate them.
Most of all, I dislike them because they are a waste of time and unsatisfying. You can spend 30 minutes to an hour trying to fill the stupid thing out and then it'll disqualify you at the end.
Another annoying thing is that they rarely reward you actual money. They'll give you "points" that you can trade in for cash later (making it hard to track your earnings in dollars), or they just give you gift cards.
That being said, people love doing surveys, so here's the list and what happened when I signed up or tested these websites. Yes, some people do make money doing surveys, but they tend to be the people that have plenty of spare time and gamify their surveys so it's not so freakin' boring.
I found this website on a list of websites that will supposedly help you to earn extra money online. But I started out pretty skeptical—and the more I looked into it, the more skeptical I got. But… with that being said, the whole point of this is to give every opportunity a try… so that’s […]
Online surveys are often promoted as one of the easiest ways to make money. Companies need to know more about their consumers so that they can make good decisions about products and marketing. The “online survey” arena ranges from well paid ($25 each) to complete scam and everything in between. To help you sort through […]
Realistically, online survey sites sound so much better than they actually are. While they can earn you money, it isn’t very much, and you end up spending a lot of time getting to that point. If you’re prepared to earn far less than the minimum wage for a lot of work, then maybe survey sites are for you.
As with all trial offer and survey sites, the time you spend doing menial tasks is not worth the money you make. AT BEST, you can make about minimum wage, but that does not factor in other things which may cost you money or take more time than expected.
You could be spending your time doing other things to make a lot more money.
Filling out my profile for Opinion Outpost was the most painful experience of my week. The mind numbing activity of answering questions about what type of TV I was and what brand of soda I drink is not worth my time.
I’d rather be putting the same time and energy into building an affiliate website, which pays a whole lots more than the pennies you earn doing surveys.
Not only are you making something like $2-$3 per hour doing this, but you are also putting your personal information at risk. InboxDollars is a legit company that does pay real money, but the hassle and time spent with this type of ‘work’ is not worth the reward.
