One principle to learning that I’ve found to be true no matter what you are learning is that a lot more can be said when you show people what YOU do, instead of telling them what they SHOULD do. This is what I actually do with my OWN money. Whether you should do the same or not is totally up to you, but I’d like to know more about how YOU invest, and maybe I can learn something from you.
Whatever your current age is however, you need to know that given two options of having a huge lump sum of money sitting in an account or a steady monthly cash flow you’re better off with the cashflow. My personal goal is to set up these three forms of cash-flowing assets so that I do not have to work or budget after retirement.
While I can’t offer financial advice, I can give you my opinion on how to best plan for stock investing, real estate, and online business management.
