What Is It?
A PDF with some basic concepts of how to find services to sell to businesses.
This is a well written PDF, priced appropriately. It was not too hyped, and delivered quality content. However, it is lacking the support and specific steps needed for a newbie to truly succeed following it.
Before You Buy
The very top of the sales page was a bit hyped, but he back tracks further down and makes it clear you won’t be making tons of money right away. I’m positive his 11 year old niece could not implement this strategy BTW.
Essentially, Steve Moore tells us a bit about how to find services that businesses need online. An example he gives is going to Fiverr and finding someone that sells logos. Then you collect leads (maybe some real estate agents) that you think could use a logo or a new logo.
Send ‘em an email. If they are up for it, you then contract the Fiverr guy to do the logo. You charge the real estate agent something like $50 or $100, pay $5 of the logo, and turn a profit.
It’s quite a short guide and I was able to skim the whole thing in about 20 minutes or less. For someone new it will probably take longer, but it’s large so it was a quick read.
BTW: There's a YouTube video about this product complaints about the sales page. This person is advertising for a scam known as Instant Payday Network, and clearly did not purchase the product.
What I Liked
There was only one upsell, and it wasn’t some crazy $997 personal coaching package like you see nowadays. I didn’t see what it was, but it was no-pressure, ‘take it or leave it’, which was spectacular.
It’s also true that profits really do snowball. It’s hard to make that first $1, but once you get a few tough sales under your belt, they tend to come faster and faster. This is especially true of folks that deliver good products to local businesses. Word gets out, and you’ll find that you soon have more work than you can handle.
Mostly, I thought this was a legit idea. It will be HARD to get started, for sure. But it’s a feasible concept, not that complicated, and something that someone with a bit of business experience and some motivation could put into action.
What I Didn’t Like
Usually I’m ultra critical of products (just check my recent product reviews), but I really didn’t find much to not like about Speedy Snowball Profits.
My main gripe is that there wasn’t enough information for a true newbie to implement the steps. I help a lot of people take their first baby steps into online business, and sometimes I talk to grown men almost in tears because they can’t figure out how to get their Amazon affiliate link to work.
SSP is appropriately priced for what it delivers, but I’d rather see a higher price product with videos, examples, templates, and a forum or Facebook group to exchange ideas and get community support. I think a lot of people could do this in their local area with success, and a community based around the topic would benefit members.
- How do you price your products?
- What email titles do you use to increase open rates?
- How do you get your emails to not look like spam?
- Are there any recommended sellers you want to share?
- Do you have too much work and want to get rid of some clients?
- etc etc.
Good stuff, but I don't think most people will be “banking $75/day by the end of the week.”
79/100 is a pretty good score, but my #1 rated product is rated 98/100. It’s an online business community similar to what I described above.
You’ll be learning how to build a website (easier than you think) and promoting products and services you LOVE to people that searching for your website in Google!
You get step by step training, a community to ask questions, live chat with other members and the owners, weekly webinars, and personal 1-on-1 support from me. Best of all, it’s targeted towards complete newbies!
