Wow! We're already at Episode o2! So today I'll be telling a couple of stories from my personal and business life. I talk about my experience with outsourcing, and give you some tips on how to make the most of your outsourcing efforts. I also get into some super annoying run-ins I've had with used car and motorcycle dealers recently that left me just plain stupefied at their lack of customer service ethic.
