Product Name: Niche Flipper
Product Owner: Rene Gonzalez
Advertised Price: $7 trial, then $87
What is it?
Create products and rehab digital information products to sell online. The product also discusses how to outsource work, and get affiliates to sell you products.
This will take some strategy and work to implement properly, but it's a great product that deserves a top spot on my website. (click here to see #1)
Before You Buy:
Niche Flipper was a very honest, high quality product, with clear information, that I really believe could be the foundations of a sustainable business. Rene Gonzalez obviously knows what he's talking about, and is an expert in the things he's teaching you.
There are 10 very high quality videos with great audio (a very common problem with videos), plus there is a PDF version with more written details. See screenshots of the PDF and videos below. This product delivers extremely high value, and I personally found the information useful for my own marketing campaigns.
Topics covered include
- how to choose a niche
- how to identify high profit markets
- how to find low competition markets
- how to analyze competitors
- product creation
- outsourcing work like design and ad copy
- how to get affiliates to promote your site
What I Liked:
The Niche Flipper Concept
Usually with products like these you get a lot of hype and have to navigate a marketing maze of trash that someone is trying to sell you. Rene Gonzalez gets right to the point with a simple sales page that outlines exactly what's inside his product. There are no follow up emails with “Oh, I forgot to tell you the most important part”, or “But there's an easier way to do this if you want to pay $97 more”.
You get what you pay for, and the sales pitch ends there. Awesome job Rene. I wish more marketers were like you.
This was also a very unique idea, in that he's teaching us how to buy & rehab or create websites, create products to fit those websites, and then eventually sell those websites. Most products these days are simply telling you to find something and sell it through your website. This is a very unique business, and has a real potential for profit from MULTIPLE avenues.
- Sell your own product on your own website
- Sell other products on your own website
- Sell your product on affiliates websites
- Sell your finished site on Flippa for a lump sum*
This is a completely scalable business, and although some of the details may be beyond a total newbie to internet marketing, if you actually put in the work and find a formula that works for you, much of the grunt work can be outsourced. Having a scalable business model is a key point that many products miss.
The website itself is super high quality, easy to navigate, as well as clear and concise information. This is probably the most professional presentation of a product I've seen a in all of 2013.
About the Product:
The product itself gives some solid advice. Usually when I do these reviews I get bored after the first few minutes because they just feed me the same old BS that everyone else is selling. As I mentioned above, the uniqueness and quality of information provided meant that I actually sat through all of the videos. Rene has a very deep understanding of what he's doing, and it shows. The instructions are slow, clear, and he explains the WHY and the HOW of what he's doing
In a nutshell, you will be researching profitable niches and analyzing the competition in these niches. After you find a low competition, high profit niche, you create a product that will help that niche solve a problem. Once the product is created, you can market that product via a brand new website you hire someone to create, or an already existing domain you do some rehab work on.
After your website and product are set up, you then get affiliates to do the selling and marketing for you. It's a simple system, but it works.
During the presentations, it was actually like he was doing the work in front of us, and walking us through his through process. Also, the videos were not too long, which meant the information was digestible, and actionable. Again, I felt there was a lot of value to be learned from Niche Flipper.
What I Didn't Like:
Finding products to promote on Clickbank is like looking for antiques at a flea market. Most of what you find is rubbish. You really have to look and do your homework to find niches and products that are appropriate to promote. Rene covers this, but it may be difficult for a newbie to do this on his/her own.
Which leads me into my main issue with Niche Flipper. Although Rene Gonzalez is very well spoken and walks us through all the steps of what he does, I felt like there were some missing pieces to the puzzle. This is not a product for someone that doesn't' know how to make a website, run a PPC campaign, create digital information products, write ad copy, or outsource work.
He gives plenty of tips, many of which I found extremely useful. But if you are NOT internet savvy, I feel like a lot of the information will go over your head. That's not to say you cannot benefit from Niche Flipper, but I do mean that if you are starting from level-0, you will absolutely need to supplement this product with additional research and learning.
You will also need a budget to implement some of these strategies. You'll be outsourcing work, paying for advertising, and may need to buy tracking software or video editing software.
*Though the guide is called “Niche Flipper”, and implies in the sales video that you will be able to actually sell your websites after creating them, there is no guidance on how to sell these sites. If you follow the instructions in the videos, you'll have a high quality website that's making money, which should be easy to sell. Still, I think there should be a video on how to use Flippa properly to make the most money from your hard work.
There is no community support. Usually I don't rank products without community support so highly, but I felt that Niche Flipper did a good enough job with the actual content that it warranted such a high score. However, the lack of support from peers and mentors is a major downside.
Who Is This Product For:
This is not for someone with a short time horizon, and it's not for a total newbie. However, if you are trying to build a sustainable business and have some experience with internet marketing, Niche Flipper could be the catalyst you need to kick-start your online business.
The details about how to identify profitable niches, how to analyze competitors, and seeing the though process of a successful marketer creating a campaign will be also extremely valuable to someone looking willing to put into the time and effort to experiment, fail, and try again. The recipe for success is here, but it's best for independent and motivated intermediate level marketers.
Niche Flipper was awesome. I was really surprised because most of what I review is total shite. There were a few things I didn't like about it though, mostly that I think that total newbies (or someone without the confidence or knowledge to do independent research, plus, understand all the data you're collecting) would probably get lost and give up.
I would like to invite you to the online business community I'm a part of. The reason it's currently the #1 rated product on my website is because it provides step-by-step instructions on how to create websites and market products on them. There is a live chat support system, and you can actually get 1-on-1 support from ME via email or private messaging. Heck, you could Skype me if you want to as well.
Simple instructions and constant support is IMMENSELY important when you are getting started, and without it, I wouldn't be here today.
