Product Name: Neobux
Product Owner: NeoDev, Lda
After signing up and testing Neobux, here's my review of their money-making system.
What Is Neobux?
A site offering money for viewing advertisements, although most claimed income actually comes from offers and referrals.
Confusing and misleading Neobux seems like a good money making opportunity, but you end up spending a lot of time earning very little income in the process. It is a very ineffective strategy and one that is likely to leave you frustrated and poor. I've found Swagbucks to be much better. Before You Buy
Although there is nothing to buy here, be aware that this type of product looks much better than it is and it is a product type that takes a lot of time for little return.
What I Liked
The only thing I liked about this site was that it didn’t cost to join. Nevertheless, I think the time cost is frustrating enough.
What I Didn’t Like
Neobux sounds wonderful. After all, who doesn’t like the idea of earning money just by watching some ads? That’s kind of like earning money without any work and that’s really how the company presents it.
Let’s get this straight. There is no such thing as effortless income. The whole concept is a contradiction. Unless you win a lottery or get exceptionally lucky, the only way to make effortless income is to work hard until you get to the point where you have a successful and self-sustaining business.
Even then, making money still takes effort.
Okay yes, you do earn money for watching ads, but it is a bit silly. For the most part, you earn $0.001 per view, and you have to do them one at a time. This means that you would have to view 1000 ads to earn $1 and 10,000 ads to earn $10. Given it takes at least five seconds to view an ad, you end up earning much less than the minimum wage.
Additionally, once you go through the set of ads they can take hours to reset. Honestly, that’s a pretty ridiculous approach and it means that making money from ads off the site is entirely unrealistic.
Now, the site does offer other ways of making money, if you can call it that.
In general, these approaches are the same types of one that you see on other sites and they are incredibly ineffective. For example, you end up with offers like this one:
Offers like this are annoying, because you can earn from them, but you have to spend money first. As a money earning strategy, this is an entirely ineffective approach and you would end up spending more money than you actually earn.
Additionally, you have to jump through hoops to earn anything at all. If you really worked at it, you could probably earn $20 or $30 through the site, but it would take five or six hours just to find enough offers that didn’t cost money. Even then, most of the offers are only available once, so good luck making any money past the initial little bit.
I also want to note that the entire approach is needlessly complicated. For example, the site has three different types of income. You can earn actual money, coins or points, depending on the specific activity that you are doing.
Most of the offers on the site are in coins, so to make money, you have to earn a certain amount of coins then convert these to actual money. It takes up to a month for coins to be actually credited to your account, and I suspect that some of the time that crediting doesn’t go through like it is supposed to.
This site is basically promoted as a way of making money, but it seriously isn’t. I hate that type of manipulation, and most people won’t realize that many of the approaches for earning money actually cost money.
Additionally, the ads that the site has you watch are mostly promotions for how to earn money online and they are pretty much all pointing to scam ways of doing this, like many of the products I review on here. When you end up watching these types of ads frequently, its easy to believe their hype and manipulation and buy into it.
At first glance, Neobux seems like many other sites of its types, but there are some major differences. In particular, the site has some complicated approaches for getting paid that revolve around the idea of referring people, and earning more money based on membership level. However, increasing membership level requires earning points, which really is a similar approach to earning coins and money through the site.
This is seriously complicated and honestly, Neobux is not a site that I would want to try and refer anyone to. How you refer people, how you make money from referrals and how much money you can make is all far from simple.
As I’ve said before, making money shouldn’t be complicated, and if it is, it is a pretty good sign that someone is trying to scam you.
Lack of Information
A final thing that really bothers me about this site is that it isn’t clear how to make money or how the different components work! The only real place that I found information about coins and points were in the FAQ and there were no normal instructions anywhere. The FAQ itself was pretty difficult to navigate, so this made finding out information even more difficult.
The concept of making money by doing something like clicking advertisements is too good to be true. Like many similar companies, Neobux isn’t nearly as profitable as it sounds, and honestly, it is little more than a waste of time.
Making money online involves having a solid business strategy and this isn’t something that you will get from a site like Neobux. A much more effective approach is to develop your own website, and use affiliate marketing strategies to make money from it. You can learn more about how to do this at my recommended training program and get lots of support along the way.
