Mass Money Machine is a new spin on the same old scam. Just about every site promoting binary options takes the same approach, including a relatively short landing page, lots of hype and the promise of a free way to make money.
This site on the other hand takes a bit of a different approach. It tries to sell viewers onto binary options using a squeeze page technique, which is essentially one long sales pitch with a lot of ‘evidence’ and rhetoric. The approach itself is pretty common for internet marketing products (most of them scams or at least misleading) – but I haven’t really seen it done for binary options before.
Right from the start, the page is completely filled with hype:
This sounds far too good to be true, and of course, it is. Most sites promoting binary options make similar claims, but lack the ability to follow through on them. After all, if it really was that easy to make money, there would be a lot more millionaires out there. Yet, according to Mass Money Machine, making money is actually a very simple task.
Many people get fooled by sites like this because they offer up proof of their success. For example, this site has screenshots of various trading outcomes and of course images of how much the author got paid out.
That information isn’t real though and it doesn’t prove anything. Screenshots like that can be easily faked and there is no guarantee that they were even made using the system being promoted.
The Rags To Riches Story
Rags to riches stories are all too common for this type of sales pitch and I’ve read a lot of them. The one for this site is a bit different than normal, focusing on a card counter who ‘won himself out of Vegas’ (of course, you aren’t actually allowed to card count in most cases and this can get people kicked out of casinos – so his story already sounds suspicious).
The story really isn’t relevant to the product at hand anyway. Binary options is about trying to predict the movement of assets in the stock market. Most of the skills in card counting are completely irrelevant for binary options, and even if you were to use math to try and predict binary options, it would be a different type of math.
From start to finish, the whole story sounds suspicious and it is really just there to keep you reading and convince you that the approach is actually real.
Actually Making Money
Binary options tends to be promoted towards people with no idea about the approach, who are anxious to make money quickly and easily. Unfortunately, people in this situation often overlook the red flags with the approach and focus only on its potential.
In general, it is almost impossible to consistently make money with binary options, because you are trying to predict a market that changes far too frequently. To make money you have to win most of the time and even the best software won’t help you do this.
To get started with binary options, you have to deposit money with a binary options broker, normally to the tune of $200 to $250, although that isn’t clear up front. That’s only one of the costs with Mass Money Machine.
For one thing, the site actually makes you pay for the product, which costs $47. There are then two upsells, one for $147 and the other for $97 per month, these are then discounted if you try to click out, but they are still pretty expensive. All of this adds up to an expensive product, which you don’t really know anything about before you buy it.
Current Status Of The Product
Mass Money Machine was promoted through ClickBank for a while. That means that the only people making money through the product were probably the owner and people promoted it as affiliates.
Right now, the ability to purchase the product appears to be down. I’m guessing that for whatever reason ClickBank isn’t hosting it anymore. This might mean that the site disappears soon, but it will probably just start getting promoted through another affiliate site (perhaps ClickSure) instead.
Making Money Online
Despite what the site claims, it really is possible to make money online through a website. People often avoid that approach, because it seems like too much work, but alternatives like binary options are just lots of hype and no substance. Instead, you can learn the ropes of making money through a website without having to invest a substantial amount of money.
Most products like this last just a few short months then disappear. That's the nature of hype in the business of making money online.
