Product Name: Panda Research
Product Owner: Panda Research
Upsells: Cost involved in completing offers
What is it?
An online survey/offers site that claims to offer a way of making money online.
Even the very best survey sites are largely ineffective for long-term profits, and Panda Research is far from the best. Instead, it is a site that will leave users open to a large amount of spam, and most offers end up costing money – making for an expensive approach to earning money. Additionally, complaints and reviews suggest that getting any money from the site is very difficult even if you follow all of their instructions and criteria to the letter.
Before You Buy
While you don’t actually have to pay for anything, do be careful about the information you give out. The terms and conditions for the site say that you have to be honest with the information you provide, including your address and phone number, or risk your account being terminated.
The thing is, you end up with questions like this as part of the site:
In concept, you have to answer yes to earn more money, but the amount of spam calls you get from doing so will quickly become frustrating and not useful at all. A similar thing will happen with your email address and even your physical address.
Realistically, if you decide to go ahead with Panda Research, expect to get a lot of spam, mostly from people trying to sell you something.
What I Liked
I like the way that the site looks. It looks more professional that most sites like it and it is easy to navigate. This is certainly a plus, but it is really the only thing I like about the site.
What I Didn’t Like
Survey sites tend to sound much better than they actually are. Theoretically you can earn money, but it takes a long time and a lot of work to earn relatively little.
If you are trying to make money off a site like this, you have to deal with the site constantly trying to sell you things and trying to get you to sign up for other services, including many that are pretty similar to Panda Research.
For example, this is one of the sites offered as a ‘new member promotion”:
Realistically, the site is promoting a product called Easy Cash on Demand, and this is just one of many online scams.
With Panda Research you have to wait up to a week for anything you earn to be approved and only then you have the chance of getting the money out. You also have to go through phone verification to get money out, and you have to have at least $50 approved in your account. Oh – and then it takes another 30 days before you get anything.
Furthermore, Panda Research doesn’t guarantee that you will get credited for every offer or survey that you complete. In fact, the company lists a large number of reasons why they might not credit the user including basically saying that they may make up reasons as they go along.
Reviews of the site also consistently say that people had difficulty actually getting money from the company, with many members being unable to get above around $10 in approved offers. Personally, I think one of the worst things about this is that you have to earn at least $50 and wait more than a month just to find out whether the company will pay.
That’s a lot of work and a lot of time with no guarantee that you will get anywhere.
When it comes to surveys, there are always issues of eligibility and availability. Survey sites frequently don’t offer a large number of surveys, and members often find that they aren’t eligible for many of the surveys they are offered. This is certainly true of Panda Research, and it makes the whole process much more difficult.
We've all heard this story before, with companies like Neobux, inbox dollars, Cash Fusion, and Send Earnings. Too much hype, too much time, and very little income potential. Spending hours per day on this site could be much better used somewhere else. If you are dedicated enough to follow through with consistently doing these tasks to actually earn a few dollars with these types of sites, then you are dedicated enough (and certainly smart enough), to learn how to make REAL money, not chump change.
Additionally, many of the surveys on the site require you to first make a purchase. The image below is one of those cases.
Not only is the product you are supposed to purchase bad, but it’s also an awful approach. It means you have to buy products to earn much of the compensation on the site. This doesn’t leave many surveys you can do that don’t cost – and most of the ones that don’t cost also don’t earn you much.
In fact, in the example above you earn (theoretically) $50 for the survey on the product, but you have to pay $67 to purchase it – so you make a loss.
Between the large number of surveys (and offers) that cost, the limited number of surveys available, the risk that the company won’t pay out and all the hype for other (mostly scam) products – actually earning money through Panda Research is extremely difficult. There is also a very real risk that the process will cost you money, especially as there is no guarantee that you will even get credited for some of the more expensive surveys.
Oh and as a final note. If you still want to use Panda Research (although I’m not really sure why you would), it’s only available to people in the United States.
Survey sites are never an effective way of earning money. Even if you are really clever and figure out all of the ins, outs and tricks of the system, you could still be making better money in less time using a different approach. Besides that, if you really wanted to go into surveys, there are certainly better sites than Panda Research.
Making money consistent money online is simply not something a survey site offers. Any site like this forces you to operate under pretty strict conditions, and you really have no guarantee that you will ever see any money from your work. This is ineffective both in the short-term and in the long-term.
If you want to make money in the long-term, then you really need to focus on developing a business that is able to withstand changes in the economy and doesn’t rely strongly on companies. One of the most effective models for achieving this is affiliate marketing, which lets you earn money through a website without ever actually owning your own product. There is a lot of training that supports this approach and it is well worth trying. Not all training is good though, so you want to make sure you get the best affiliate marketing training to start off on the right foot.
That link right there takes you to a training center where newbies can learn how to start a website and make money from it. It's the same training where I learned, and I even give free 1-on-1 support for any members that join.
If you are going to dedicate hours per day to trying to make money online, invest your time into something useful, with long term potential. Don't waste your time with something like Panda Research and other survey sites.
To be completely honest, doing online surveys will never earn more than minimum wage. In fact, most people rarely earn more than $1-$3 per hour, if they are lucky enough to get a payout.
You simply cannot rely on this for income.
If you want to legit make money online you need to invest time into building a website and putting advertising on it. Rather than spend an hour trying to answer boring questions, build a real web property that you can earn monthly income from.
It takes longer to accomplish, but yields bigger results that last longer. Instead of adding a second job to your schedule by looking for paid survey sites, add a second income by building an online business.
Most products like this last just a few short months then disappear. That's the nature of hype in the business of making money online.
The only system I've seen last more than a decade is the same place where I learned how to start an online business. They've been around teaching newbies to make money online since 2006. You can join for free and start your first website in the next couple minutes
