What Is It?
Lucrazon Global is a new company that sells e-commerce websites and internet payment services to both brick and mortar stores and online retailers. It was founded in 2013 by Alex Pitt. Lucrazon claims to be the only turnkey web store solution that’s integrated with a merchant account. You can join the company as a “Brand Partner” to spread the word and earn money.
There is nothing unique about Lucrazon global. They basically peddle ecommerce websites to entrepreneurs and small business owners would could otherwise get them at a fraction of that price. Additionally, the company has gotten off to a very shaky start. Many Brand partners complained of paying to qualify for daily bonuses that were never received, resulting in a class action lawsuit.
Lucrazon Global sells two types of web stores to a variety of small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. Each option reflects the needs of modern businesses to market unique products or services online, expand their inventory or extend their territory. Both options also require background and credit checks prior to merchant account approval.
You have to sign a three year contract and there is a $295 fee for early termination.
Basic E-commerce Store
The basic e-commerce web store is for businesses with physical stores who want a professional looking web presence that allows them to seamlessly sell their current inventory via the internet. This option is also a choice for business owners who have a website already but want to upgrade their site with sleek user interfaces, integrated shopping cart features and merchant services.
This product's price includes a $250 non-refundable set up fee plus a $50 per month website hosting and maintenance charge.
Stocked E-commerce Store
Lucrazon also offers its customers a premium web store solution that includes all of the features of the basic web store plus a choice of inventory. Lucrazon has partnered with wholesale distributors of name brand products that operate in the global market place.
The chosen inventory is available, but the small business owner pays for it only after an online order is placed and payments are received for the items. The products are then drop shipped to customers located virtually anywhere.
This e-commerce system requires a $500 non-refundable set up fee and a $50 per month website hosting and maintenance charge.
The second part of Lucrazon Global is to offer a business opportunity to those who sign up. These people are called “Brand Partners”. And they enter the business by paying a $1000 non-refundable set up fee and a $50 monthly website maintenance charge after a 14 day free trial period and credit checks.
Besides the income that Brand Partners can make using their site for advertising purposes, there are two main ways that they make money as Brand Partners.
Merchant Account and Web Hosting Services Sales
Lucrazon leverages the marketing and sales efforts of its Brand Partners to sign up small business owners for its web store solutions that include merchant accounts. According to the company website, a Brand Partner who signs up a small business for its basic web store package receives…
- a commission on the initial $250 fee
- $10 per month (from the customer's $50 monthly web hosting)and maintenance charge.
You can join Shopify for $29, a fraction of what you'd pay Lucrazon. In fact you could offer all the same services Lucrazon offers and keep 100% of the profits just by signing up with Shopify and creating pre-built websites for local businesses. If you really buy into the “business owner” bit, consider starting a real business and not just being a salesman. Digging in and learning this stuff also means you can provide better support for your clients, rather than just passing them off to Lucazcron and waiting for your paycheck at the end of the month.
Brand Partner Global Network Recruiting
The second income stream for Brand Partners is to sign up other people who are interested in the business opportunity. A partner who signs up another person to join the Brand Partner Global Network gains…
- $200 on the initial $1000 sign up fee,
- $10 per month on the $50 monthly website hosting and maintenance fee.
Brand Partners decide which income opportunity to focus their marketing efforts on and how to market the products and services.
Lucrazon offers pretty low commissions compared to other companies online. For example, Wealthy Affiliate's program pays out 50% and man members stay for several years. That means you can earn over $22 per person every month, or $175 for yearly signups. Your signup pays less, and you earn more.
Lucrazon vs Affiliate Marketing
Getting started with Lucrazon will cost you a whopping $1,000! Plus another $50 per month.
This just isn't feasible for most people looking to start their own business. And don't forget, to be successful with Lucrazon you need to be able to market to small business owners and those aspiring to be. Small business owners are one of the toughest groups to market to, and you are probably starting out with zero sales experience.
They have limited time, limited funds and almost no patience for salespeople. Most small business owners are set in their ways. Which means if they don’t have a website they don’t understand, nor do they care, about the benefits of marketing online. In my opinion, Lucrazon is a hard sell, but it's a FACT that it's going to require a large upfront investment from you.
Affiliate marketing requires almost no risk on your part. You can get started for the cost of a domain name (about 10 bucks). And you can sell anything you want to, including products you already use and love. The best part is the customers will find you, as in you don’t have to go looking for them!
