What Is It?
This is another copycat link posting scam. We are told that posting links for companies pays well and we can start earning money fast, but this (and many other things on the website) simply are not true.
Short Review
Posting links does not pay well, if there are still any link posting jobs out there. Actually, what you get inside home profit system is not training on posting links!
Because this is a copycat scam, you’ll find this product sold on many different websites. In fact, just by searching in Google, I found many different faces to Home Profit System!
What you get inside varies, and cost is different too! Some people are sent a physical set of DVDs, while others are able to instantly download the product. Some people report that they get training on building websites, other people say that they are told to use social media to post links on Facebook and Twitter.
Whatever the scenario, this is a shady company and should be avoided.
Before You Buy
OK, so let’s cover a bit of history.
First off, this website is not new. There are many other sites just like it, and to group them all together, I call them link posting scams.
The premise is always the same:
1. News report about working from home
2. Testimonial from work from home mom
3. Limited positions available in your area
4. Sign up to see if you quality
What happens after that (whether you buy or not), is that they call or email you. Depending on which person or call center contacts you, they may sell you other “opportunities” for hundreds, or even tens of thousands of dollars.

Deceptive Marketing
There are many ways that Home Profit System deceives you.
1. The news report is not real. It’s an advertising video, not from a legit news source
2. The testimonials are fake. These are stock photos and made up biographies. Mary Johnson, Mary Lopez, Mary Stevenson…the names change and the story stays the same. Red flag!
3. There’s no limits and the offer is not specific to my area. This is all a marketing tactic to make you feel pressure to sign up. They make it seem like this is a special offer available only to YOU for a limited time. Actually, anyone can get this offer at any time, and Home Profit System has been around since at least 2009.
That number never changes!
Trip Wire
The main idea behind this product is to get your phone number and email address. With this information they can call and send you email advertisements.
I submitted my phone number ONE time back in 2013 to a similar website just to see what would happen. Even to this day (Nov 2014), I still get 1-2 phone calls per week from someone selling me work from home opportunities.
I have a feeling they sold my phone number to other companies. It’s very annoying, but at least I get ideas to write reviews for on my blog. For you, it’s just more jerks you have to deal with on the phone.
No Support
The biggest complaint from products like this is that it’s confusing to get started and there’s no one to turn to. Phone support is unreliable if available, and email support is slow. There are no “experts” to help with your business; only sales representatives.
It’s hard to know if you are doing everything right when there’s no one to talk to and check your work. Lack of support is the main reason people fail at business ventures like this.
*Also consider that lack of support means difficulty getting refunds! This program, regardless what name it's marketed under, is notorious for promising refunds but not honoring them. In fact, you emails might just be ignored!
