Product Name: Fanpage Video Cash
Product Owner: Delilah Taylor
Advertised Price: $7
What is it?
Fanpage Video Cash is all about creating promotional videos and advertising them through Facebook. The idea is to create video testimonials for affiliate products then publish those videos on Facebook.
The information inside this product seems to have been slapped together fairly quickly. It seems like Delilah, the creator, used pieces of information and videos from her older products (links below). It has a lot of similarities to those products, which makes it kind of pointless. In addition to that, there’s just no real strategy here. What Delilah teaches in this product couldn’t possibly help you make much money. And it certainly isn’t going to build a real business.
Before You Buy
There are a couple up-sells that you should know about before you purchase this product.
Up-Sell # 1: Facebook Advanced Videos – $17
In this up-sell, Delilah promises to deliver advanced video marketing training that will teach people how to create viral promotional videos. She expands on the lessons in the core product, mainly targeting advanced marketers who want to create a powerful video marketing system.
Down-sell # 1: Advanced Videos Discounted – $12
If you don’t want to purchase the full deal. and skip the sales page, you’ll be able to get a hold of the product for a discounted price. It’s the same up-sell, but a little cheaper than before.
What I Liked
What I enjoyed most about this product was the way that it was all put together. Let me explain…
I like that Delilah decided to offer all this information in video instead of text or something else. By doing that she gave her buyers an over-the-shoulder view of the strategy in action. That cannot be replicated in any other format.
She also does something a little different than most product creators who use video… Instead of only viewing her screen, Delilah has her webcam so you’re able to see her too. Not that this makes a huge difference in the training, but it gives it that little something extra.
Another thing I really liked about the videos is that Delilah takes you through each step and makes sure to proceed slowly so everyone can follow along. It’s designed with total beginners in mind, therefore, she explains everything in very simple terms, and the videos are more drawn out than most other training videos I’ve seen.
In addition to the videos, the members are was also nicely put together. The navigation menu at the top of the site makes it easy to figure out exactly what you need to do next.
And once you’re done watching your current video there’s a big button that guides you to the next one.
The whole site is very easy to use, which makes a big difference.
What I Didn't Like
What you see below are some of the most important things to consider before buying this product.
Not a Realistic Business Strategy
When was the last time you bought a product based on a webcam testimonial from someone on Facebook?
I’ve never done it, and I can’t think of anyone who has. But that’s the whole idea behind what Delilah is trying to teach with Fanpage video Cash: Create a bunch of junk videos for a bunch of random products and share it with all of your friends.
Yes, some people might watch the video, and some people might comment or leave a like out of courtesy. But no one will purchase the product, especially if you are posting it where friends and family see. Just posting it for business people? Better get a new FB profile, or develop a fan page with people that like and follow it.
Oh, and did I mention that promoting products you've never read is going to do is ruin your reputation? Check out this total piece of junk that Delilah promoted. She probably never read the guide, because I can't believe that someone would actually support something. From what I've seen, she’s also a frequent promoter of junk products, as is common in the world of WSO.
Essentially, she grabs random products, and starts promoting like crazy, with no regard to the quality of the products she promotes. Personally, I don't trust anything her or Knight recommend at all.
One thing that Delilah fails to mention is that you’re going to have to buy Facebook ads if you want anyone to see these videos. That's right, you have to pay for ads.
If you don’t buy the ads then the only people who are going to see them will be the friends and family you have on Facebook. And of course, that won’t last long because they will undoubtedly get tired of seeing all your “Check out this great new product!” videos.
So the Facebook ads are an additional cost the she never talks about. All she says “you will definitely want to boost your posts”. Well, boosted posts is what Facebook calls it’s advertising platform.
In all fairness, it is possible to boost your Facebook posts fairly cheaply. But that’s something you have to learn outside of this course and Delilah did not offer any information on this topic.
In order to know what to expect from this product, it’s important to understand who is responsible for creating this product. It does not come as a surprise that Delilah Taylor has created several similar products in the past. She is a serial product creator, which means she releases new “groundbreaking” products all the time…like every few weeks or so.
You can find reviews of a couple of her other products on my site. One of them FB Ad Apocalypse got a not-so-great review of 45 out of 100.
The other one, Facebook Fanpage Explosion, got a 40 out of 100.
I’m bringing up these other products for two reasons:
- So you have a little background information.
- Because this product (Fanpage Video Cash) seems like it was pieced together with video remnants from the others.
There are plenty of ways to make money online, but I’ve always found affiliate marketing to be the easiest to understand, and the cheapest to get started in. An $11 domain is all you need to get started. You can learn how to do what I do here.
Instead of buying PDF after PDF from the Warrior forum, hoping to piece together some kind of business, without a real strategy in mind, see how I was able to build my own business with ONE complte set of training videos and ONE community to reach out to for support.
