So it looks like I won't actually get to see “the most revolutionary ecommerce store builder that I've never ever seen before” (exact quote from sales page). [UDPATE] After waiting two weeks and requesting a refund, I was finally able to contact the owners though a Paypal dispute. I reviewed the product here, and the results were not pretty!
Unfortunately, my review of Elite Store Builder has come to a halt. Thought they gladly accepted my $30, they do not provide any support.
I was unable to use the login credentials provided to me. There is no password reset on the members login page. They do not answer emails sent to email@example.com.

And, what's even more laughable, is that JV Zoo, the network which processes the payment for Elite Store Builder, basically told me, “Sorry bro, that sucks”. They cannot provide support, nor will they attempt to contact the vendor to figure out the situation. I'm on my own.
So, I'll attempt to get a refund. We'll see how that goes. This product represents a huge part of why I have a chip on my shoulder to so many products in this industry.
All of the money that fund these “revolutionary systems” that are “guaranteed to make money” go into creating a sales page that gets you in the door in any way possible. What's inside the member's area doesn't matter at all, as long as there are a higher number of people NOT requesting refunds than DO request refunds.
