Instagram is an incredibly popular tool, one that many people use daily. Wouldn’t this be a great way to make some extra money? Easy Insta Profits thinks so. According to them, you can earn $1,300 per day just by using your phone.
Does that sound unrealistic? Good, it should. Claims like this are made all the time, but the reality is often completely different. In many cases, the site is just trying to make you spend money. Today, we’re taking a detailed look at Easy Insta Profits. This includes seeing how it really works and whether you could make money through it.
Early Problems With The Site
Manipulation is common for Clickbank products and this is particularly true for Easy Insta Profits. The site uses most of the manipulative techniques that I’ve seen, all at once.
Let’s start with the video. It’s apparently a streaming session, with around 1,800 or 1,900 active viewers (wait long enough and it will get past 2,200). The viewer count just keeps going up over time. In reality, this is simply a video, nothing more, nothing less. It will always start and finish in exactly the same place regardless of when you watch it. You can even refresh the page to see the video and active viewers counter reset.
The content of the video isn’t any better. It starts off with what appears to be clips from various talk shows and news programs. People in the clips talk about the idea of being an Instagram influencer and making a large amount of money doing so. The clips are probably real, but the implied message isn’t.
The video basically splices together these various clips to make it sound like the programs are promoting Instagram as a way to earn money. Yet, the clips are normally just a fraction of an entire segment on the topic. In fact, the video is often just focusing on the initial part of a story. This will often be hyped as a way to get viewers to tune in.
Legitimate or not, none of the clips were promoting Easy Insta Profits. They probably wouldn’t have said that the average person can make money through Instagram either.
There are other common issues too, including a banner that apparently tells us how much people earned (watch long enough and it will loop back to the start) and a discount as soon as you try to leave. The wording here is manipulative and there’s also something amusing going on. Take a look:
This is Easy Insta Profits, Not Tube Profit Sniper. I’ve reviewed Tube Profit Sniper before and it uses most of the same techniques and claims. The biggest difference is that it focuses on YouTube, while Easy Insta Profits is for Instagram.
The most likely explanation for name Tube Profit Sniper being in the popup is that both sites were created by the same person. Many of the marketing materials would have been reused from one site to the next. This also explains why the marketing is so similar for the two sites.
None of these areas prove that Easy Insta Profits is a bad choice, but they are red flags. They suggest a strong focus on manipulation and a willingness to deceive. The overall pattern is also very common for scams and low-quality products. The same approaches are rarely ever present for legitimate products.
The Training Provided
Easy Insta Profits isn’t a scam. The site provides the training that it promotes (as does Tube Profit Sniper actually).
In this case, you get access to 13 different videos that highlight various aspects of creating an Instagram account, connecting with your audience and making money. The underlying concept is a type of affiliate marketing. You’re using Instagram images as a way to share affiliate links with potential customers. If people click on the link and make a purchase, then you earn a commission.
The appeal is easy to see. Many people use Instagram regularly anyway, so it sounds like a fun way to make some extra money. There’s nothing wrong with the idea and other places teach it as well.
The training provided is decent enough too. It’s not revolutionary, nor would I expect it to be for $17 (the discounted price). If nothing else, it teaches you most of the basics.
There are a couple of key problems. The first is that some topics are missed. For example, the training doesn’t cover many of the nuances about creating a website (or a landing page). That includes details about SEO, along with all of the legal pages that you’ll need.
Those aspects are critical for long-term income, but they’re completely neglected in the training. In other cases, topics are covered but not in enough depth. As an indication, detailed training for affiliate marketing can easily involve more than 100 hours of video. That’s not even considering the Instagram component.
There’s no way you’ll get what you need from 13 videos.
A second problem is the claims. The marketing for Easy Insta Profits suggested that this was an amazing way to earn, one that takes very little time or effort. That’s simply not true. Affiliate marketing takes time and planning, so does earning from social media.
There are exceptions, of course. The Instamoms concept promoted at the beginning of the marketing video is real. There are some Instagram superstars who never planned to make money and don’t tailor what they post based on income. That’s an entirely different process, one that heavily relies on luck. For every Instagram sensation, there are dozens of people with similar profiles who just don’t go viral in the same way.
The training focuses on a planned approach. To be successful, you’d need to put significant time and energy into the process. That’s not what the marketing suggested.
Speaking of marketing, users were meant to be able to earn from their phone. That’s not really the case. You’ll want to be using a computer for some aspects of affiliate marketing, which the marketing never states.
Another issue is automation. Part of the training suggests that you use software to automatically follow people on Instagram. This is meant to make everything easier and faster.
Even if you do buy Easy Insta Profits and try out some of their concepts – avoid this one. Automation in social media is always risk, especially when it comes to following and interacting with people. The software might work fine now, but something will change sooner or later. Social networks don’t tend to like automation and the process could easily backfire, banning your account. There are already rules in place to prevent this, like limiting the number of follows and unfollows per day.
Lastly, there are no freakin' links in Instagram except for in the profile. This is a major pain in the butt for people that have legitimate businesses they want to link to, but it's great that Instagram users don't have to put up with the BS of scam marketing techniques.
There are other challenges too. The one that jumps out at me the most is the issue of trust. Easy Insta Profits heavily relied on hype in the initial sales process and does so in their upsells too. Just look at the copy they give affiliates to promote the product:
$1300 per day is in no way normal income for a new business in any way.
Could You Make Money?
Easy Insta Profits is promoting a viable way to earn and some of their techniques are relevant too. However, their garbage marketing copy, lack of transparency, and incomplete training means I can't recommend this product. I feel like a beginner would really need to do a lot more research outside of this product to actually make income.
So, the big question is, why bother?
