Earn Easy Commissions is meant to be this simple system for earning affiliate commissions. What’s more, it’s entirely free to join. Sounds amazing, right?
Well, as you probably already know, systems that sound too good to be true normally are. So, in this post, we’re going to check out what Earn Easy Commissions offers and how well it works.
There is one important thing to note, right from the beginning. The system is more nuanced than many of the other companies in this field. Plus, there are some members that earn money from it. There are also some people calling it a scam, while others feel that it is legitimate.
How It All Works
Earn Easy Commissions is promoted using a large amount of hype, with promises that a done-for-you system, one which helps people make their first $100,000 online. And, it’s all completely free. The hype is annoying, especially as it is always overblown.
One of the most frustrating parts is the consistent emphasis that everything is done for you. Chuck Nguyen claims that the old way to make money is to learn how to do it yourself. The new way is to simply let him do it all for you.
The idea sounds good, sure. But, it doesn’t make all that much sense. Learning how to build your own business is a common strategy for a reason. The best way to be successful with any type of business, online or offline, is to put in the time to learn the processes and to do it well.
Skipping all the legwork might sound good on paper, but, even if the proposed system works, how would you make long-term income? After all, learning what to do gives you the ability to be flexible and to keep up with changes in the market. If a system is entirely done for you, then you’re not going to be able to change much at all. You know, teach a man to fish….
Besides that, autopilot systems simply don’t work. If it was possible to make money that way, the successful online marketers would have done so long ago. Why would they still be bothering with ‘old’ techniques like building email lists and websites themselves? The only reason is that those techniques work and automation doesn’t. Trust me, you really can’t automate an online business. The best you can do is outsource some work but even that comes with quirks.
Still, in some senses, the sales video is more honest than usual. For one thing, the program is actually free. You can make money from it without spending anything. But, that’s only part of the story.
The sales video also mentions $500 commissions. That’s also true, albeit misleading. You can earn $500 commissions with the program – just not on the free membership.
Earn Easy Commissions has four membership levels: Free, Pro, Elite and VIP. The free membership only has access to limited training and has a reduced potential to earn as well. To make the $500 commissions, you need to be a VIP member. The commission comes from getting others to join as VIP members. That sounds reasonable, except that VIP membership costs a whopping $750.
If you want to stay a free member, you can still make money. But, you’ll only be earning $100 per VIP member that you recruit.
The free members don’t get access to the automated component either. Doing this requires being a Pro member and includes creating a GetResponse and a Click Magic account. Both of these memberships have a monthly fee, which is a significant extra expense.
When you consider those memberships and the VIP cost, Earn Easy Commissions ends up being a pretty expensive program to get involved with. The “low cost to entry” with a big upsell down the line is pretty common with these style of products. I'd be willing to be that there's a $1500 coaching session sold to you somewhere down the line as well.
Other Elements To The System
One of the challenging things about Earn Easy Commissions is that there are so many different components.
For example, most of the income potential comes from getting people to join as paid members. But, users can earn $1 or $1.20 as commissions for getting qualified members. These are free members that use the referral link, come from the right countries, complete the entire signup process and use their account. I have no issues with this part of the product. CPA payouts are common for many products and offers sold online.
There is also the potential to earn from the affiliate programs for GetResponse and Click Magic. So, there are multiple income streams, as the marketing suggested.
But, having multiple angles does make it more difficult to optimize your income. Earn Easy Commissions also has very little flexibility. For example, the setup system is only effective for Aweber and GetResponse. You can’t use any other autoresponder. You also just get commissions from people in the USA, Canada, UK, and New Zealand.
Another key aspect is the tiered approach. Earn Easy Commissions acts a little bit like an MLM, in that each individual will have a sponsor, along with people that they refer. There is also a profit sharing pool. The structure isn’t as complicated as an MLM, but there are still similarities.
The overall style means your income is based on your VIP status and the VIP status of the person you refer. If both you and the person who referred you are VIPs, you get $500 and they get $100. If they’re a VIP and you’re not, you both get $100. If you’re a VIP and they’re not, you get $500 and they get nothing.
Oh, and if the person you refer doesn’t join the VIP program, you just get that $1 or $1.20 commission.
Does Earn Easy Commissions Work?
In some ways, Earn Easy Commissions does live up to its promises. There are multiple income streams and affiliates can earn money. But, some aspects of the system are misleading or concerning.
For one thing, the idea isn’t as automated as the marketing suggests.
If you can get people to click on your link then yes, the company does the rest of the selling and ‘closes’ your leads for you. As they state, this means you don’t have to sell anything yourself. But, this is also true for most affiliate marketing programs, so it’s a pretty meaningless claim.
And, while they do all of that, members are still responsible for the promotion part. That includes getting traffic to the link in the first place. Getting traffic is one of the most difficult aspects of affiliate marketing. It takes time and planning, not to mention patience.
Earn Easy Commissions does provide training, so members do have some ways to get that traffic. But, wasn’t this meant to be an automated system? The training for free members is also extremely limited. Besides, if you have to do all of the work to get traffic, then the whole idea isn’t very different than regular affiliate marketing.
Furthermore, your main income potential comes from getting people to join the VIP component of the program. That VIP membership costs $750. That’s a pretty tough sell, especially as customers don’t get much value from the membership.
The VIP program basically provides some extra training and access to future products. But honestly, that’s mostly filler. The main reason people would pay the $750 would be for the chance to earn more money. It’s never a good sign when companies take this approach. This also means that new members need to become VIPs. If they don’t, then no-one earns.
There is one more problem too. The entire system relies on a single approach and set of products. So, if Earn Easy Commissions shuts down for any reason, your entire method of earning money disappears as well. In contrast, if you had an affiliate marketing website of your own, you could just simply switch what you were promoting.
The end result is that yes, you can earn money. But, the system is much more complicated than traditional affiliate marketing and doesn’t have many advantages. There are also few avenues that you can use to optimize your income and it’s pretty expensive if you want the highest possible commissions.
Personally, I don’t recommend Earn Easy Commissions. It seems like most most the potential is in promoting their high-end product instead of building a long term business. Approaches like this do often work in the short-term, but, they get less effective as time goes on and people wise-up to the scam. There is more income potential in products and services that have value of their own. With those, people have a reason to buy and you don’t need to rely on any hype.
Most products like this last just a few short months then disappear. That's the nature of hype in the business of making money online.
The only system I've seen last more than a decade is the same place where I learned how to start an online business. They've been around teaching newbies to make money online since 2006. You can join for free and start your first website in the next couple minutes
