With a name like Cash Money Sites, this particular program looks concerning right from the very beginning. It also uses many of the common tricks, like the idea of exploiting a marketplace, making money on autopilot and a claim that more than 1,900 people are actively watching the video.
Those tricks are all marketing tools, designed to get you excited about the product and the potential to earn money quickly. So, in this review, I’m examining the site in detail, looking at what they offer and how it works in practice. I’m hoping to save you some legwork and help you make a decision about whether Cash Money Sites is right for you.
How You Make Money
Just like many similar companies, the underlying idea of Cash Money Sites is legitimate. They’re promoting affiliate marketing as a means to earn money.
That’s a common strategy, where you make a commission by promoting other people’s products. The style allows you to earn without needing to create products yourself. Instead, you simply need to focus on the promotion side of things.
And, Cash Money Sites is right, affiliate marketing is powerful. Still, your success in the field strongly depends on the strategies that you’re following. To make money, you need to get traffic to your affiliate offers and convince them to purchase. It’s not an impossible goal – far from it. But, it involves some planning and research.
One of the key claims from Cash Money Sites is that almost everything is done for you.
Customers simply create an account and fill out some fairly basic details. After that, Cash Money Sites creates a website for them, one that looks good.
Cash Money Sites also provides a variety of templates that are meant to be powerful at converting visitors into customers, although Cash Money Sites doesn’t offer any evidence for that idea. Users can take advantage of these templates and add their own affiliate links from companies like Clickbank and JVzoo.
The site is even hosted by Cash Money Sites, so there’s no need to worry about separate hosting processes or buying a domain name. But, this does mean you have a subdomain, rather than a full domain, which isn’t as powerful.
Websites are even populated with content, which comes directly from top blogs.
On paper, it sounds fantastic. You’re getting all the benefits from affiliate marketing, without having to do the work.
If you’re a critical thinker, you’re probably already wondering if that’s even possible. Why would people go to all the effort of building their own sites and developing content if it were a matter of just reusing powerful templates?
Problem #1: Making Money On Autopilot
As you can probably guess, Cash Money Sites isn’t nearly as good as the company claims.
For one thing, the created websites won’t be that appealing. The descriptions suggest that you’re getting a replicated landing page based on your preferences. Your main methods of sale involve using templates and any content is taken directly from other sites. This will make it impossible for you to rank, and the content is likely to be “spun”, which is unreadable many times.
What’s more, the website is on a subdomain – not on your own domain. And don’t forget, Cash Money Sites is pulling content from other sites. Unless you take the time to write it, your site isn’t going to have any original content at all.
These factors dramatically decrease the chance of success. One reason is search engines. Companies like Google are one of the main ways to get traffic to a website. To do this, you need to rank your website, ideally on the first page.
The most powerful approach is to have a large website with many different posts, where the individual posts are ranking. They won’t all hit page one, but, the more ranking posts you have, the greater your traffic.
There are other sources of traffic too, like relying on paid ads or on social media. Even then, it’s important to have a site that looks good – one that gives people a reason for visiting.
That’s not what Cash Money Sites offers. Instead, the website you end up with will basically be a sales page. It will be designed to drive customers towards one specific goal.
This type of sales page can theoretically make you money, if it is well written and is well-suited to your audience. But, you do still need to drive traffic to the page. That’s a problem, because the template itself and all of the content isn’t unique. The information is pulled from other sources. This puts you at an immediate disadvantage and you’re likely to get penalized by search engines.
There’s no way that the system would ever generate the amount of traffic that the site is claiming. For that matter, no site is going to be successful without original content. It might have been possible to find success this way at one point in time. But, not now. Search engines are simply too advanced.
Cash Money Sites does claims that it has a system to drive traffic to your site quickly and easily, without the need to buy ads. But notably, they never explain how. Free traffic comes from original, helpful content which they've already proven they will not provide. Paid traffic costs money, and they certainly aren't going to be spending money on your website!
The main area that they keep coming back to is viral marketing. But, you can’t force something to go viral, especially not if you’re using replicated content to begin with.
When it comes down to it – an autopilot website just won’t work. The industry is far too competitive and search engines are too intelligent. Besides, even if you did get traffic, I’m not convinced that the pages would convert. People are becoming more savvy about scams and hyped up claims now, partly because there are so many of these online.
The Target Audience
Another area to consider is who the program is designed for. The autopilot angle and claims about affiliate marketing being amazing suggest that beginners should be using it.
But, beginners won’t have any idea about how to actually drive traffic to their site or what the best practices are. Cash Money Sites certainly doesn’t offer much training in the area.
People with more experience might have the knowledge needed to make Cash Money Sites profitable – but they wouldn’t want to. The program simply doesn’t have many redeeming features and it’s not going to promote long-term income.
Instead, long-term potential in affiliate marketing comes from developing your own website, one that is going to rank and can grow over time. Shortcuts like what Cash Money Sites offers are simply never going to be effective.
Now, you will see various positive reviews of Cash Money Sites out there. That’s because the site has its own affiliate program – one that offers 60% commission on all sales. Cash Money Sites probably provides some templates for promoting their service too.
There’s nothing wrong with Cash Money Sites having an affiliate program. Plenty of companies do, including many legitimate ones. But, this program does mean you need to be careful about what you read. You may find that some affiliates offer rave reviews about Cash Money Sites, even though they’ve never purchased or used it themselves.
The Silver Lining
Looking at all these factors, Cash Money Sites isn’t going to work as an online business. It certainly doesn’t offer the income potential that the company suggests and isn’t a long-term way to earn.
But, there are two good things about it. The first is that you know, roughly, what you’re getting into. For all its hype, the sales video does provide some images of what the finished websites look like and the types of products that you’ll be promoting. That’s much better than companies that only provide vague information, which isn’t helpful at all.
Most products like this last just a few short months then disappear. That's the nature of hype in the business of making money online.
The only system I've seen last more than a decade is the same place where I learned how to start an online business. They've been around teaching newbies to make money online since 2006. You can join for free and start your first website in the next couple minutes
The second is that Cash Money Sites is sold through Clickbank. Now, Clickbank isn’t amazing and it hosts many low-quality and scam products, but, they do have a generous return policy. This should allow you to get your money back if you’ve purchased Cash Money Sites and aren’t impressed with it.
The simple truth is that you have to put in the work. Shortcuts don’t work in the long-term and they’re rarely useful in the short-term either. With Cash Money Sites, you’d simply end up with an unappealing site that can't rank and no one wants to visit.
