Product Name: Affiliate Cash Blueprint
Product Owner: Temper Thompson
Advertised Price: $9.29
What is it?
Affiliate Cash Blueprint is a five-part video course that outlines a marketing campaign that Temper (the product’s creator) claims to have made $6,000 in about one week.
Affiliate Cash Blueprint is a short case study that doesn’t provide any detailed information at all, which is exactly what a case study is supposed to do. It’s definitely not for beginners, so with the lack of information, and the lack of support, I would suggest avoiding this product all together.
Before You Buy
Once you buy Affiliate Cash Blueprint you’re asked to consider purchasing some other products as well.
The first one is High Ticket Cash Blueprint, another video course that’s supposed to teach you how to sell high-end affiliate products. I sort of assumed that’s what the original product Affiliate Cash Blueprint, was going to teach me, so I’m not sure why I’d have to pay an additional $27 for this.
The next offer is ‘Done For You Affiliate’ Cash Blueprint. What you get with this product is all of Temper’s emails. That’s it. He doesn’t actually do anything for you, except give you emails that he claims to have used in his “successful campaigns”. This one will cost you another $37.
The final upsell simply combines the other two offers. It’s called The Done-For-You High-Ticket Cash Blueprint, (The originality here is almost too much to handle). I’m sure I don’t need to explain what this product does in too much detail — it combines the other two. However, it will cost you an additional $47.
What I Liked
There’s really not much to this product so it’s hard to find something to like about it. However, I will say that for some, it might be useful, and here’s why…
If you’re an affiliate marketer who already has everything you need including a website, email marketing software, a budget (for paid ads), an email list or a following of some kind, and an idea of what product you want to promote, then Affiliate Cash Blueprint does give you a “blueprint” of sorts.
If you’re already at that level with your business then Case Studies can be very helpful to you because they provide insights into what other marketers are doing. If those other marketers are successful then it only makes sense to mimic what they’ve done.
Temper’s videos outline a tactic he says he used to make around $6,000 in one week promoting one affiliate product. After watching his videos I’m willing to say that I actually believe him — or at least that I believe the method he shares can produce what he says it will.
What I Didn't Like
Affiliate Cash Blueprint is based off of one campaign Temper ran at an unspecified date, time and with an unknown product.
The biggest problem with Affiliate Cash Blueprint is the lack of support. Typically with a video course you at least have access to an email address for support, even if it’s only technical support, which I consider to be the worst type. However, Affiliate Cash Blueprint doesn’t even offer that.
Once you you get access to the product you’re taken to a page where you can download the videos. Obviously there’s no support in the downloaded MP4 files, so there should have been something on the download page. Unfortunately there wasn’t.
This is all you see when you get to that page. Just a bunch of upsells and “bonuses”. No support? That’s the easiest way to take a crappy product and make it completely worthless.
Too Much Missing Information
Affiliate Cash Blueprint is based off of one campaign that Temper ran sometime back. As far as I can tell, it looks like he did it about two and a half, to three years back (it’s hard to say because there’s no date on anything).
The problem is, it’s a case study about one product, which he does not reveal. Trying to replicate his success is going to be almost impossible, because there’s no way to know what product he was selling, who he was selling it to, and when he was selling it.
All you get is a few videos that outline the path your supposed to take leads through in order to turn them into buyers. It’s just videos of a mindmap like the one you saw above. But here’s a closer look at some of the things he outlines, so you can get a better idea of what he’s showing (and what he’s not).
This doesn’t really tell us anything. It just shows some of his subject lines and titles, and how he uses email to guide the leads.
Was he selling gardening tools during springtime to an email list comprised of fifty year old women? This is vital information that Temper does not share.
I don’t think it was his intention to hide this information, although lots of marketers prefer not to reveal their niches. But I think Temper wants you to assume that you can apply what he’s done to any market and any product. Certainly you can do that, but your results will likely be very different from what Tempers claims his were.
Not For Beginners
You can look at some of the things I said above and easily see that Affiliate Cash Blueprint is not something that a beginner should invest in. If you stumbled onto this product hoping it would take from zero to hero-marketer then you’re going to be disappointed.
The things you would need to start implementing the tactic laid out in Affiliate Cash Blueprint would cost you quite a bit of money upfront, as well as lots of time. For starters you need a website, which is usually the dealbreaker for most beginners. That’s why I tend to endorse products and courses that help newbies learn to build websites.
Websites are typically inexpensive and quick to build though, once you know where to look. However, the other stuff you need could add up very quickly. The amount you would need to get started with Facebook ads alone could easily amount to several hundred dollars.
This wasn’t a bad attempt at teaching a portion of what it takes to run a successful online business, but it doesn’t show the whole picture. To see the big picture, and get a roadmap from start to finish of how to run an online business, I only recommend one website.
Most products like this last just a few short months then disappear. That's the nature of hype in the business of making money online.
The only system I've seen last more than a decade is the same place where I learned how to start an online business. They've been around teaching newbies to make money online since 2006. You can join for free and start your first website in the next couple minutes
